Succession planning
Ward Lester is an established family business specialising in the design and manufacture of point-of-promotion equipment.
Alison has worked with the directors over the past three years to address the issue of how their children would take over the business on their retirement. They have produced a strategic plan for the development of both the business and the junior management team. They have also focused on new strategies for sales and key account management issues.
